Cambridgeshire Music
Making music happen across the county

Cambridgeshire Music is the Music Service for the County coordinating provision of music education and arts therapies. We make high quality music happen all across Cambridgeshire for young people and families – both in and out of school. We organise thousands of music lessons, bands and projects in all styles of music, as well as arts therapies for all ages. We work in partnership with hundreds of professional musicians and organisations. We also facilitate the work of the Music Education Hub for the County on behalf of the Local Authority and Hub Partners.

Posted by: Admin

We have partnered with Cambridge Folk Festival and launched a folk music course for musicians ages 11-18! This 4-day course will see its participants discover the complexities of folk music, whether you’re a grade 8 musician, just starting out or have never played an instrument before. We welcome all instruments and abilities. Running on the 22nd- 25th July 2024, you will find yourself performing at the Cambridge Folk Festival plus your parents will be invited to come along on the Thursday to watch you in action!
