We offer a wide range of workshops to develop students' understanding and appreciation of world cultures and traditions through music and dance. Workshops are very flexible to fit the needs of your school, with a variety of available music genres including African Drumming, British Folk Music, Indian Music, Steel Pans and Taiko.
Can be delivered as whole day workshop (often as part of an International Day) or as taster sessions for a cluster of schools (we travel around the cluster)
The annual Cambridgeshire Music Live festival also offers a wide range of world music within its concerts for schools programme: Music Live

£320 for one day (6 hour) workshop
Two qualified and vetted CM tutors
Set of instruments as necessary
Project day tailored to the requirements of the school.
A suitable space for activities (there will be a lot of sound)
A designated liaison person for the day and to assist with evaluation.
