Absence - student: Lessons or sessions missed by a student due to a school trip or other event or illness cannot be refunded.
Absence - staff: Lessons not delivered due to tutor absence will not be charged, the unused lesson credit will be carried forward.
Broken instruments: Please return a damaged instrument to your tutor or our office so that we can replace it while it is repaired. Please be aware that we will not replace consumables such as reeds or strings as this is the responsibility of the user, and if a repair is required due to negligent use of the instrument, there may be a charge made.
Insurance of instruments: All risks insurance cover will provide you with the best protection, particularly for an expensive instrument. You may be able to add a specific risk to your home insurance policy or obtain information about specialist insurance companies from a music shop.
Office hours: Our administrative team is available between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 and 1630 on Fridays.
