KING'S COLLEGE CAROL SERVICE - DECEMBER 2017

A service of Lessons and Carols for schools

Each year Cambridgeshire Music, in partnership with The Provost and Fellows of King's College Cambridge organise a special event for primary and secondary schools, enabling pupils to experience both the beautiful setting of King's College Chapel and the wonderful sound of its world-famous choir.

Secondary Schools across Cambridgeshire are invited to bring pupils to participate in singing of carols, hearing Christmas readings and listening to the voices of the choristers.

This year for the Primary School's Concert, schools from north of the river in the city have been invited to bring pupils to participate in singing of carols, hearing Christmas readings and listening to the voices of the choristers. The schools’ concert experience is being supported with a special resource pack.

The partnership with Kings College also brings opportunities for Year 3 and 4 pupils to find out about being a chorister.
