The county-wide song-writing project Sing For Your School aims to get every school in the county writing their own song – which they record and perform. The songs are uploaded to the Sing for Your School chart where the public can listen to and comment on them. Students and teachers are supported with resources and workshops to help fuel creativity, which also gives schools the opportunity to work towards their Artsmark accreditation. The project was launched by Cambridgeshire Music for the first time in September 2016 and is delivered partnership with Cambridge News & Media and Musicnet East.
Sing For Your School supports students and teachers to write, record and perform high quality new songs, including post production and an online chart. We provide:

Students can achieve Arts Award Discover, Explore or Bronze by taking part in Sing For Your School. Many schools have already used Sing For Your School as their Artsmark Case Study, and we offer full support for schools on their Artsmark journeys.
